Return policy

All of my made-to-order products are made to specific requirements so refunds are normally not offered.

However, if the product is faulty (i.e. the colour or size is incorrect) please contact me as soon as possible. I ask that the unused product is returned by recorded delivery (customer to pay the cost) within 14 days.
